PEEA ACHIEVEMENTS AND EFFORTS-

1. NEW WAGE STRUCTURE FORCEFULLY IMPLEMENTED BY THE COMPANIES (MPPGCL,MPPTCL,MPPoKVVCL,MPMKVVCL,MPPaKVVCL) ONLY FOR THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES IN THE YEAR-2012 HAS BEEN ABOLISHED THROUGH THE EFFORTS MADE BY COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES AND ENGINEERS OF ALL THE FIVE COMPANIES (PEEA). 

2.COMPANY CADRE ASSISTANT ENGINEERS HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE ENGINNERS AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

3.CHILD CARE LEAVE FOR THE PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT AND COMPANIES AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA. 

4.NON PRACTISING ALLOWANCE (NPA) HAS BEEN INCREASED FOR THE DOCTORS AND EQUIVALENT TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

5. FIRST HIGHER PAY FOR THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN GRANTED.

6. 7TH PAY FOR THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN GRANTED AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

7. TRAINING PERIOD INCREMENT HAS BEEN GRANTED TO COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

8. WRONG SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYEES AND ENGINNERS HAS BEEN ABOLISHED TIME TO TIME AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

9. REVISED OPTION FOR 7TH PAY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IN MPPGCL AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

10.OPTION OF 7TH PAY FROM 1ST JULY FOR THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IN MPPGCL AND MPPoKVVCL AFTER STRONG EFFORT OF PEEA.

11. VARIOUS REGIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS AFTER STRONG EFFORTS OF PEEA- LIKE BOUNDRY WALL FOR SECURITY IN BIRSINGHPUR, WELL EQUIPPED AMBULANCE IN BIRSINGHPUR AND KHANDAWA, GARDEN AT BIRSINGHPUR, STADIUM AT KHANDAWA, BUS SERVICE TO CARMEL CONVENT CHACHAI, MOVE BY THE MANAGEMENT TOWARDS RESOLUTION OF HOSPITAL ISSUES IN BIRSINGHPUR.

12.INFORMATION OF HIGHER QUALIFICATION JUNIOR ENGINEERS & EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN CALLED BY THE COMPANIES/ENERGY DEPARTMENT FOR APPOINTMENT ON HIGHER POST.

13.ELECTRICITY REBATE MATTER AND HIGHER QUALIFICATION MATTER IS BEING TAKE UP BY PEEA BEFORE HON'BLE HIGH COURT JABALPUR.

14.PENDING ISSUES IS BEING TAKE UP  BY PEEA THROUGH MEETINGS WITH ENERGY MINISTER, ACS AND RESPECTIVE MD's OF THE COMPANY.

15. ISSUES OF EMPLOYEES & ENGINEERS POSTED IN HYDEL POWER STATION IS ALSO BEING TAKE UP BY PEEA.

16. OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF PEEA i.e. www.peea.in HAS BEEN LAUNCHED IN THE YEAR-2013, ONLINE MEMBERSHIP HAS ALSO STARTED.

17. MASS MEMBERSHIP AND LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGNING IS BEING DONE BY PEEA OFFICIALS TO GET TOGETHER ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND ENGINEERS OF ALL THE COMPANIES ON A SINGLE PLATFORM TO PROTECT THEIR RIGHTS.
